VEEDERSBURG — Harold Myers, 77, a retired Army colonel and former Veedersburg resident, died in a St. Petersburg, Fla., hospital. He had been in failing health for several years. He was married to a Veedersburg area native, Ruth Landers, who survives along with two sons and a daughter by a previous marriage. Services and burial will be at St. Petersburg.   --typed by Walt W

Harold Myers, age 77, a retired Army colonel and a former resident of Veedersburg, died in a St. Petersburg, Fla,, hospital.  He had been ill the past year and had moved to Florida seven years ago.
He was married to Ruth Landers, who survives.  Other survivors include two sons and one daughter.  He was a member of the Church of Christ,
Funeral services and burial were in Florida.  - jz
