The body of Mrs. Sallie J. Murray was brought here from Anderson and interred at Maple Ridge after a short service at the home of Mrs. Cyrus Marshall on Tuesday after noon. She was the sister of the late Cyrus Marshall and Mrs. Emma English and was born at Waveland on July 18, 1851. In 1882 she married Frank Murray who survives her. For the past 20 years they have lived in Anderson. Until her heart failed she was active in church work and her pastor, Rev. NBB Nixon of Grace ME Church came here for the funeral. – kbz
