Wilmer L. “Lewie” Murdock, 99 of Brownsburg, passed away on August 22, 2017.  He was born on Nov 2, 1917 to the late William and Vernace Murdock (Cain Twp, Fountain County Indiana Birth Record H-9 p 36).  Lewie worked as a Pharmacist for over 70 years.  He was preceded in passing by his loving wife, Ruth Mobley; his son, Weston L. “Sonny” Murdock; his sisters, Janet Wilson and Micky Stephens; and his brothers, Lex and Charles Murdock.  He is survived by his daughter, Pamela A. Miller; His grandsons, Wayne L. and Vincent R. Murdock; his great granddaughter, Emily Murdock; many nieces and nephews; and his “adopted family” Craig and Joanna Sigmund. The family would like to give a special thank you to Changes Home Care staff, Taylor, Jane, Susan, Bonnie, Margaret and Latrayl.  As well as, Intrepid Hospice staff, RN Margaret, aide Carolyn, RN Judy, RN Tina and Chaplain Curt.  At Lewie’s request there will be no services. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Flanner & Buchanan – Speedway.
