ATTICA -- Othelia B. (Carlson) Munson, 86, whoe had made her home with her sister, the late Mrs. Tina Kirkman, 801 S. Perry St., Attica, died 4:32 a.m. Tuesday at Community Hospital where she had been a patient since Feb. 16. She had been a patient at Alward Nursing Home since December, and had been in failing health since June.
She was born in Attica on March 22, 1883, the daughter of Adolph and Matilda Jones Carison. She was a life-long resident of the city. She was married June 16, 1915, in Attica to Oscar Munson, who preceded in death in 1943. Her husband was a farmer, farming on Bethel Road near Attica. She was a member of First Lutheran Church, Attica, and was active in all church clubs.
She was preceded in death by their only child, Robert, in 1926. She was also preceded in death by six brothers and three sisters.
Friends will be received at DeSutter Funeral Home after 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday in the DeSutter Chapel with Pastor Karl Korbel officiating. Interment will be in ........... (could not read) -- Riverside Cemetery, Attica (from Find~A~Grave)

Funeral services for Othelia B. Munson, 86, of 801 S. Perry St., Attica, who died 4:32 a.m. Tuesday at Community Hospital, Williamsport, were held at DeSutter Funeral Home 2 p.m. Thursday, with Pastor Karl Korbel Officiating.
Serving as pallbearers were Carl Sihler, Max Foster, Ole Sundt, Thorild Johnson, Julius Sandberg and Axel Johnson.
Interment followed in Riverside Cemetery, Attica, with DeSutter Funeral Home in charge.
