Rainsville—Sylvia A. Stewart Mountz, 94, Route 4, Attica (Rainsville), died at 3:55 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, 1989 in Community Hospital, Williamsport, following an illness of one year.

  She was born March 2, 1894 near Oxford, the daughter of Alonzo and Indiana Smith Stewart. She had resided in Rainsville since 1920. She was married in 1911 at Oxford to Dilver Otis Mountz, who preceded her in death in 1958.

  She was a homemaker and a member of the old Rainsville Methodist Church.
  Surviving are a son, Elvin O., Route 4, Attica (Winthrop); a sister, Mrs. Anna Horn, Peru; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday at Fisher Funeral Home Chapel, Williamsport, with Don Glover officiating. Burial was in Oxford West Cemetery. – thanks to s

  She was born March 2, 1894, and is survived by a son, Elvin O., Route 4, Attica (Winthrop).
