West Lebanon, Ind. (CNS) —Charles Annas Morlan, 72, died, yesterday afternoon (July 30, 1967) at his home in Marshfield. He had been in ill health four months. He was born May 22, 1895 in Warren County. His parents were Charles P. and Gertrude Wurtsbaugh Morlan. He was a life resident of Warren County. He married Minerva Tanner Sept. 15, 1917 at Danville, Ill. She survives. Mr. Morlan was a veteran of World War I. He was a school bus driver for 23 years and also worked as a carpenter. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Dale Hobaugh and Mrs. Eugene Thompson of Marshfield and Mrs. Carson Vibbert of Danville; a son, Melvin of Marshfield; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Also surviving are four brothers, William of Rankin, Frank of Joshua Tree, Calif., Robert of West Lebanon and Harrell of Hoopeston; and six sisters, Mrs. Dora Anderson of West Lebanon, Mrs. Nellie Clark of Williamsport, Mrs. Lottie McElhaney of Hoopeston, Mrs. Judith Brasker of Williamsport Route 3, Mrs. Rosella Glass of Hoopeston and Mrs. Dena Messick of Covington. Mr. Morlan was a member of Williams Chapel Church at Johnsville. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Crowmer-Siddens Funeral Home in West Lebanon with the Rev. Grover Williams Jr. and the Rev. Ellsworth Morack officiating. Burial will be in West Lebanon Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesday.   --typed by Walt W
