PERRYSVILLE, Ind. (CNS) – Miss Malinda Morgan, 90, a former Perrysville resident, died at 12:15 Tuesday (Sept. 29, 1970) at Danville Care in Danville, Ill., where she had been a patient since June 18. She had been ill five months. Born Aug. 24, 1880, at Perrysville, she was the daughter of Lewis A. and Rachel Morgan. She was graduated from Perrysville High, a business college in Indianapolis and the Asbury School of Nursing in Minneapolis, Minn. in 1920. She returned to the area last May after residing in San Francisco, Calif., since 1940 where she worked in the medical profession. Survivors include eight nephews, Armour Morgan and Vernon Morgan, both of Perrysville Route 1, Luke Morgan of Covington, Harold Morgan of Covington Route 2, Russell Morgan of Indianapolis, Lawrence Morgan of Oklahoma City, Okla., John Edward Morgan of Sarasota, Fla., and Glenn Morgan in Florida; and a niece, Mrs. Virgie Lieuranv of Morristown, Ariz. She was the last of a large family. Services will be at 2 p.m. EDT Thursday at the Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home in Covington, with the Rev. Henry H. Karg officiating. Burial will be in Hicks Cemetery at Perrysville. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. – jlr
