MORGAN, Flossie Barker - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Flossie A. Morgan, 72, of Stone Bluff died yesterday (March 15, 1970) at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville. She had been in failing health one year and died the day before her 73rd birthday. Born March 16, 1897, she was married Jan 24, 1917 to Glen Morgan who survives. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and Fountain County Home Ext. Club. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Evadna Young of Veedersburg; a brother, Wayne Barker of Veedersburg and a grandson. Services will be held at 2 p.m. EST Wed. at the Stone Bluff United Methodist Church. The Rev. Earl Carmichael will officiate. Burial will be in Osborne Prairie Cemetery. The body is at the Parham Funeral Home in Veedersburg. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 Tues.
