MORGAN, Cora Ann Oyler - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Funeral services were held Thursday April 3 for Mrs. Cora Ann Morgan who passed away the preceding Tuesday at her home in Riverside after an illness of 16 months.  Mrs. Morgan was born in Fountain County at a farm near Mellott Oct 18, 1878, the youngest daughter of John and Jane McKinney Oyler and was married December 26, 1897 to Leroy J. Morgan.  Surviving besides the husband is a daughter Mrs. Marian Clark of Attica, a son Jessie Morgan of near Independence, a brother Bert Oyler of Van Buren, Indiana, a daughter, now ? Mrs. Fern Morgan the wife ? and son (Elmer) Russell who lost his life in the air service in World War II, 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.    ~~~transcribed by kbz
