Mrs. Grace L. Minnich, 85, died Tuesday afternoon in the Ben Hur Home after an illness of several months. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. M. Gregg and was born Dec 27, 1882 in Fountain County. She was twice married to Will S. Smith and Romulus D. Minnich, both of whom preceded her in death. Mrs. Minnich was a member of the First Methodist Church and the Auxiliary of the Spanish-American War Veterans. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Cecil Meyer of Hillsboro; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Margaret Minnich Hampton of West Long Branch, N.J., and Mrs. Maurine Minnich Miller of Westfield, N.J.; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Frances Farrow of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Clara Peters of Tucson, Ariz.; a brother-in-law, Charles O. Minnich of Crawfordsville, and nieces and nephews. Funeral services are announced for 2 p.m. Friday at Hunt and Son Funeral Home, with Rev. Frank Little officiating and burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Thursday.

Funeral services for Mrs. Grace L. Minnich, 85, who died Tuesday in the Ben Hur Nursing Home in Crawfordsville, have been set for 2 p.m. Friday in the Hunt & Son Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. A daughter of Charles and Jennie Gregg Duke, she was born Dec. 27, 1882 in Fountain County. She was married twice, first to Will S. Heath, and subsequently to Romulus D. Minnich. Both husbands preceded her in death. The deceased was a member of the First Methodist Church. She also held membership in the Spanish American War Veterans Auxiliary. Survivors include a sister Mrs. Cecil Meyer of Hillsboro; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Margaret Minnich Hampton of West Long Branch, N.J., and Mrs. Maurine Minnich Miller of Westfield, N.J.; Two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Frances Farrow of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Clara Peters of Tucson, Ariz.; a brother-in-law, Charles O. Minnich of Crawfordsville, and nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a brother, Wilbur A. Duke, and a foster son, Paul L. Fishero. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Thursday.
