MINICK, Samuel F.

Samuel F. Minick passed away suddenly in a chair at his home in Attica at 7:30 .a.m. on Saturday, September 23, 1961.  Funeral services were held on Sept. 26 with burial in Osborne Prairie Cemetery north of Veedersbyrg.
Mr. Minick was born Sept. 19, 1912 at Stone Bluff, the son of , Charles and Mae Washburn Minick.  He attended Veedersburg schools and formerly operated the M&M tavern in Attica, later being employed at the Harrison Steei Casting Corp. in that city.  He was married in 1959 to Flora Martin, who survives.
Also surviving are his mother, who resides in Veedersburg; three sons, Samuel, Jr., in the armed
forces in Germany; Lorren Lee in the U. S. Army at Ft. Knox, Ky.; and Sam of Attica; a daughter, Cheryl JoAnn at home; two step sons, Douglas and Mark Lambert at home; a brother, Charles of Veedersburg and a sister, Mrs. Jack Roach of Attica, and one grandchild. - jz
