NEWTOWN — Mr. and Mrs. Fred Coleman accompanied by Mrs. Frank Fromm of Hillsboro attended funeral services in Ft. Wayne on Monday, for Wayne L. Miller, 58, who passed away on May 1. Miller was a native of Covington, a graduate of Indiana University Law School and has been an attorney in Ft. Wayne for 27 years. He also served as city judge. He is survived by the widow, seven daughters, and two grandchildren. His parents, the late Arthur and Elta Duncan Miller, were natives of Covington. Mrs. Coleman was a cousin. Mungovan Funeral Home was in charge of services held in the St. Vincent's Catholic Church with burial in Lindenwood Cemetery in Ft. Wayne.  --typed by Walt W

Wayne Linwood Miller, age 58, a native cf Covington and cousin of Mrs. Isabelle Moore of Covington and Mrs. Zella Coleman of Newtown, died at his home in Fort Wayne following an illness of several months.  He died at 7 p.m. Friday, May 1.
Mr. Miller was born in Covington Aug. 21. 1905, the son of Arthur and Elta Duncan Miller.  He attended Notre Dame University and he was a graduate of Indiana University Law School and had been a practicing attorney in Fort Wayne 23 years, where he
also served as city judge.  He was a member of St. Vincent's Catholic Church at Fort Wayne.  He was married in 1942 to Ursula Marton, who survives, along with seven daughters and two grandchildren ail at home.
Funeral services were held at 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent's Church in Fort Wayne.  Burial, with the Mungovan Funeral Home in charge, was in Lindenwood Cemetery.
