MILLER, Mabel Clare Lucas - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mabel Clare Miller, 72, 409 John St., died at 12:37 p.m. Wednesday in Culver Hospital, where she had been a patient three weeks. She had been in failing health for the past year. Mrs. Miller was born in Warren County near State Line, Ind., Sept. 19, 1887, a daughter of James H. and Laura Renner Lucas. She married Ezra M. Miller June 21, 1911. She was a member of the Wabash Avenue Presbyterian Church and until her retirement a year ago was employed for 15 years at the Sommer Metalcraft Corp. Survivors include a son, James A. Miller, Country Club Court; a grandson, Larry Linn Miller, and three nieces and a nephew. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Thursday at the Hunt and Son Funeral Home, where services are announced for 2 p.m. Friday with Rev. O. K. Malone officiating. Interment will be in Masonic Cemetery at State Line.  --typed by Walt W
