MILLER, Blanche L. Hall

COVINGTON — Mrs. Blanche L. Miller, age 70, a former resident of Covington Rt. 1, near Perrysville, died at 12:15 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25, at the home of William Byerly on Fairmount, Ill. Rt, 1. She had been residing there the past year.

Mrs; Miller was born Aug. 28, 1899, at Georgetown, Ill., the daughter of Mose and Sarah Jane Myers Hall. She was married Dec. 30, 1919, to Leonard S. Miller, who died Nov. 25, 1959. She was a member of the Central Park Methodist Church and.the Auxiliary Unit of the Fountain County Old Guard Post 2395, Veterans of Foreign Wars. Mrs. Miller also had resided for several years with a niece, Mrs. Alberta Cessna, before going to live with the Byerlys.

Surviving are: one brother, Fred Hall of Danville, Ill., and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home here. The Rev. William Rudd

officiated and burial was in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Covington. - jz
