A man injured when his car collided head-on with a truck Saturday on Indiana 63 died at 6:33 p.m. Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Danville.
  Gregory Messick, 25, of Hoffman Estates, Ill. died of head injuries, according to Vermilion County Coroner Gary Ballard. An inquest into Messick’s death will be held at 9 a.m. June 10 in the coroner’s office in the Vermilion County Courthouse.
  Four other persons were injured in the accident. Carl Alexander of Fairmount and his wife, Karen, were listed in fair to good condition today at lake View Medical Center. They were in the truck struck by Messick’s vehicle.
  Alexander’s two-step children—Richard Lutz, 4, and Michelle Lutz, 6—were both treated and released at Lake View.
  Indiana State Police said Messick was southbound on Route 63 one and one half miles north of U. S. 16 when, for an unknown reason, his auto crossed the center of the road and struck the Alexander truck. Alexander had been northbound at the time of the accident.
  Alexander had been pulling a camper trailer behind his truck. The two children were riding in the trailer at the time of the accident, police said. -s
