KINGMAN, Ind. (CNS) - Mrs. Clara Merriman, 93, died at 10:30 p.m. Saturday (April 19, 1975) at the Covington Manor Health Center. She had been a patient for several years. Born Sept. 17, 1881, she was the daughter of John and Mary C. Hankins Allen. She was first married to Perry Hall who preceded her in death. She later was married to Collett Merriman, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Merriman had been a member of the Old Snoddy's EUB Church. Survivors include two brothers, Zimmie and Noah Allen, both of Covington Route 1; and three sisters, Mrs. Charles (Nina) Tanner of Hillsboro, Mrs. Fred (Hester) Woodrow of Covington Route 1 and Mrs. Wayne (Mary) Jones of Kingman Route 1. A daughter, Artie, and seven brothers also preceded her in death. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Woodrow Funeral Home, with the Rev. Alfred Dobbs officiating. Burial will be in Coopers Chapel Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.   -- jlr
