WILLIAMSPORT — Mrs. Beulah Frances Melton, age 69, of Williamsport, died Thursday, May 16, at her home after a lingering illness.

Mrs. Melton was born March 11, 1899 in Danville, Ill., the daughter of James and Susan Walker Fauver.

Surviving are: her husband, Don G. Melton of Williamsport; one son, Clyde of Spring Valley, Calif,; three daughters, Mrs. William Miller of East Chicago, Ind., Mrs. James Doneff of Gary and Miss Faye Melton of Attica; two brothers, Charles Fauver of Gary and William A. Fauver of Danville; three sisters, Mrs. Elmer Fletcher of Mesquite, Texas, Mrs. Paul Simpson of Monticello and Mrs. Ethel Buchenburger of Evansville. Six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Fife Funeral Home in Indianapolis. Burial was in Ridgelawn Cemetery in Gary.
