MEEKS, Rachel - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Veedersburg March 30 - Mrs. Rachel Meeks, wife of Thomas Meeks, died yesterday morning at  6 o'clock at the home of her son, Charles Meeks. Mr. and Mrs. Meeks, whose home is now in Waynetown have lived in this vicnity most of their lives. Mrs. Meeks came for a visit several weeks ago and took very ill and gradually declined until claimed by death. The funeral services will be held from the Baptist Church in Waynetown Friday afternoon at 2.  Burial at Masonic cemetery. - kbz
