MEEKER, Alice Barclay - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

CLINTON, Ind. - Mrs. Alice Meeker, 49, of Terre Haute, and formerly of Newport and Clinton, was pronounced dead-on-arrival at St. Anthony's Hospital in Terre Haute Saturday (Aug. 5, 1972). Mrs. Meeker was former sales secretary for Chesty Foods for several years. Surviving are three brothers, Frank Barclay of Newport, Robert Barclay of St. Augustine, Fla., and Fred Barclay of Springfield, also two sisters, Mrs. Martha Dove of Cayuga and Mrs. Helen Baldwin of Newport. The body was taken to the DeBaun Funeral Home in Terre Haute where friends may call after noon Monday. Services will be held there at 1 p.m. Tuesday, with burial in Roselawn Memorial Park on U.S. 41.   -- jlr
