Attica - Glenn Allen Mattingly, 64, 921 Mound St, Attica died in the emergency room of Community Hospital, Williamsport Nov 17, 1994. He had been in ill health. He was born July 17, 1930 son of Charles Joseph and Maude Fenters Mattingly. He married Violet Ann Rennick Nov 24, 1952 in Attica. She preceded in death Dec 11, 1965. He had formerly lived in Rob Roy, Vincennes and Hillsboro before moving back to Attica in 1982. He was a graduate of Attica HS. He had formerly worked for the Indiana State Highway Dept and later Marshall Wrecker service in HIllsboro and more recently for the Fountain Co Highway Dept retiring due to failing health. He had served in the Indiana National Guard and attended Attica First Lutheran Church. Surviving are four sons: Gary Lynn; Terry Lee; Steve Allen and Charles Richard, a brother, Wendall; a sister, Dorothy Daughtry, 7 grandchildren and a great granddaughter. He was also preceded in death by his parents and a brother. Funeral services held at Maus Funeral Home, Attica 2 p.m. Monday with Pastor Karl Korbel officiating. Burial Riiverside, Attica.
