Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday for Mrs. Theodora Matthews, 64, a former Attica resident. The services were held at the Roemer Funeral Home with the Rev. Harry Campbell officiating and burial in Riverside Cemetery. Mrs. Matthews died Monday morning at the home of a sister in Harvey, Illinois. She was born in Wisconsin and married Cazmir Matthews on June 30, 1922. Surviving are a son, Paul of Harvey; two daughters, Mrs. Edward McKinzie of Harvey and Mrs. Ernie Montgomery of Kankakee, three brothers, two sisters and four grandchildren. – kbz
