VEEDERSBURG — Vera Webb Massey, 82, of 320 Van Buren St., died Monday in Logansport State Hospital. She was a housewife and life resident of Veedersburg. Born Sept. 7, 1889, a daughter of Minor and Esther Smith Webb, she married Perry Massey Sept. 7, 1942. Survivors include a nephew, Melvin F. Webb of Chicago Heights, Ill. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Freeman of Danville, Ill., and Harry of Chicago Heights, Ill., and the husband. Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Fishero Funeral Home in Veedersburg with Rev. Vernon Souder officiating. Burial will be in Bonebrake Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday. --typed by Walt W
