Mrs. Retta Huffman Martin, 83, of Palm Springs. Calif., a former Danville resident, died at 1 p.m. Saturday (April 12, 1969) at Palm Springs where she had lived the past 30 years. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Davison of Palm Springs; a son, Harry E. Shepherd Sr. of Attica, Ind.; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Services will be Tuesday at the Preston Funeral Home in Riverside, Calif. - jlr
