In the matter of the estate of the late Jesse Martin of this city, Lydia Martin, his widow who had been appointed administratix filed information that deceased left personal property to the value of $28,000 and real estate in the amount of $96,000. The legatees are Mrs. Lydia Martin, widow; Gladys Cobb, daughter and Mary Ellen Martin, daughter. A bond of $56,000 was approved by the court for Lydia Martin on such administratix.
