Mrs . Elizabeth Martin, 79, widow of JA Martin died at 7:35 p.m. Saturday at the Old People's Christian Home, St. Louis. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the DeSutter Funeral Home, Attica, with Rev. James McKeown officiating. Burial in Attica Riverside Cemetery. The body arrived in Attica Sunday night and was taken to the funeral home. Mrs. Martin was born Sept 17, 1868 at Sardis, Ky. She came to Attica in 1907 and lived there until the death of her husband in 1941. She was a member of the Attica Christian Church. Surviving are three stepsons Clyde C. Martin, McKeesport, PA and Harold and Paul near Lafayette.
