Covington, Nov 27 - Another Fountain County boy has made the final sacrifice and is now numbered among the heroes whose remains are intered on foreign soil. A telegram has been received here announcing the death in France form pneumonia of Donald Martin, who was born and raised in Covington. The telegram came from Donald father, Will Martin who is railroading in Idaho and where the young man went following his graduation from Covington HS about 18 months ago. He was inducted into the army with an Idaho contingent and after being in training a short time he was sent overseas where he has seen active service. The young soldier's mother, who was formerly Miss Mary Yeagy (Yeagley?) died in this city when he was a small boy. The father moved to Idaho and DOnald was raised by his grandmother. He was a likeable young fellow and very popular with all his associates. It is understood that he left his insurance to his sisters, Miss Frace Martin of this city and a younger sister who is living with a relative in Kansas.
