Source: The obituary is from a collection by Fauniel Hershberger, saved the 1950's, 60's and 70's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana.  The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.

ATTICA — Funeral services for Delmar Martin, age 64, who died Tuesday, March 30, in a Waukegan, Ill., hospital, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Methodist Church here. The Rev. Louis Haskell officiated. Burial, with the DeSutter Funeral Home in charge, was in Riverside Cemetery. Mr. Martin, who had been in ill health three months, was born Aug. 13, 1900 at Brook, the son of Charles and Olive Moore Martin. He was married March 19, 1927 to the former Virginia Lyons, who preceded him in death Jan. 30, 1964. He was last employed with the Frey Insurance Agency. He was a member of the First Methodist Church; of which he was secretary of the board 25 years and chairman of the board of trustees. He was active in Scouting. He was a member of the Attica-Williamsport Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club. Surviving are: four sons, Donald of Waukegan, Norman of Bloomington, Dr. Bernard of Bunker Hill Air Force Base, and Richard of Hebron, Maine; one daughter, Candace, a student at Illinois Wesleyan University; and seven grandchildren.  --typed by Walt W
