BS Adams of 408 South 11th Street received a
telegram today announcing the death of his brother-in-law, HH Marshall at Leon,
Kansas at 10 o’clock yesterday. Mr. and
Mrs. Adam will go to that place today to attend the funeral which has been set
for Sunday afternoon. The deceased was an old settler at Leon, having come
there from Fountain County, Indiana in early days. He had visited here only
last fall and had a number of acquaintances in Independent and Montgomery
County. Mr. Marshall is survived by a wife, four sons and two daughters. - kbz
