The last twenty years of her life were spent in an invalid’s chair, having that incurable disease, creeping paralysis, the last eight months being confined to her bed. During the last few weeks she has often expressed her readiness and willingness to exchange this life for the one beyond. She was a niece of Elizabeth McCoy, the centennial mother of Indiana.
