MANNING, Minnie Mae - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Minnie Mae Manning of Covington, age 93, died Friday afternoon, July 30, in Covington Manor Nursing Home. She was born in Hillsboro, Kentucky, July 28, 1889, the daughter of Doc and Belle Jones Claypool. In January of 1910, she married Asa Manning, who died in 1956.

  Surviving are a son, Curtis of RR 2, Veedersburg; a granddaughter, Cindy Tanner of Covington; three grandsons, Norman and Ronald of Veedersburg and Dennis of Attica; and five great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at Parham Funeral Home in Veedersburg with Rev. Richard Throckmorton officiating. Burial was in Rockfield Cemetery. - thanks to S
