Winter Park, Fla.—Oscar Paul Mann, 89, Winter Park, died March 7, 1989.
He was born in Warren County and moved to Winter Park from Baltimore, Md., in 1987. He was married to the former Floy Foster of Pine Village, who preceded him in death.
He graduated from Attica High School in 1918. In 1922 he received a degree in civil engineering from Purdue University where he was a member of Phi Kappa Tau and Scabbard and Blade.
He was a registered professional engineer in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He was a member of Wilson Memorial Methodist Church in Baltimore.
