Veedersburg—Vivian (Kineer) Magrudger, 76, Venice, Fla., died Wednesday morning, April 19, 1989. She had been ill for several years and critical the last few months.
  She was born Dec. 29, 1912, in Veedersburg, the daughter of Walcie and Almeda (Smith) Kineer. She was married Oct. 1, 1938 in Indianapolis to Virgil Magruder, who preceded her in death in 1985.
  She graduated from Veedersburg High School and worked in Crawfordsville and Indianapolis doing secretarial work.
  She was a member of several bridge groups in Florida, attended church regularly when she was able and loved going out to dinner with friends. She enjoyed playing the violin, piano and organ.
 Surviving are a brother-in-law, Lee Moomaw of Florida; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Percy, and a half brother, Perry Magruder, both of Veedersburg; a sister, Reba Berniece Moomaw of Florida and a half sister, Mabel Webster of Indianapolis.
  Burial was in Venice with a memorial to be held at the clubhouse she attended with friends. – thanks to S
