MADIGAN, Marie

Veedersburg, April 26 – A message received here last night announced the sudden death in South Bend of Marie Madison, of this place, daughter of William Madigan. Her lifeless body was found in bed by members of the family with whom she roomed about 11 o’clock Sunday morning. Heart trouble was probably the cause of her sudden demise.  Miss Madigan was a teacher in the public schools at South Bend, having been there one year. She was 21 years of age, and was one of the most popular young ladies of this community. The body was returned here today and the funeral will be held Wednesday morning at a time to be announced later.

OH SOOOO SAD – Curiosity got me how such a young person could pass.  Here’s her death record – wonder what caused her to do that?  So very sad!
