The undersigned as attorneys for the owners, will offer for sale at the respective law offices of Stuart, DeVol, Branigan & Ricks, 801 Lafayette Life Building, Lafayette Indiana and of Wallace & Wallace in Covington, Indiana on the 20th day of October 1951 and from day to day thereafter until sold, the following described real estate in Fountain County, Indiana.  Tract 1: 100 acre Madigan home place one and one-half miles north of Veedersburg Indiana.  Tract 2: The James Madigan farm of about 210 acres adjoining Tract One.  Tract 3: The 7-room dwelling house on the north side of Seventh Street in Veedersburg, Indiana formerly owned by Josephine Gookin’s and belonging to the Madigan heirs.  Tract 4 – The four room house on Harrison Street in Veedersburg, Indiana owned by the Madigan Heirs.  
Tracts 1 and 1 are adjoining farms, which can be operated separately or can be operated as one farm.  There is a house, barn and other outbuildings on Tract 1 and there are two barns on Tract 2.  These are good general purpose farms.   Purchaser will receive landlord’s share of the crops growing on the land.  Tracts 3 and 4 are residence properties in Veedersburg.  Information relative to said real estate may be obtained and bids may be made on said real estate at either of the above law offices.
