KINGMAN — Funeral services for Dr. Glenwood Madden, age 60, of Medera, Ohio, a former Kingman resident, were held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4, at the Presbyterian Church in Medera. Burial was in a cemetery there. Dr. Madden died at 4 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, at the Bethesda Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born Jan. 30, 1904, near Cates, the son of Anson and Clare Bowsher Madden. He moved to Kingman with his family as a small boy and was graduated from Kingman High School. He was married to Madelyn Housher of New Carlisle, and she survives. Other survivors include: two daughters, Mrs. Phyllis Johnston of Medera and Jennie Madden of Monticello; two half-brothers, George of Indianapolis and Fred of Kingman, and three grandchildren. --typed by Walt W
