MADDEN, Gladys Furr - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Kingman Ind. -- Mrs. Gladys E. Madden, 90, of Yeddo, died at 2 a.m. today D ec 3 1980 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville. She had been a patient a few days. Born Aug 18 1890 she was the daughter of Albert and Sarah Wilkey Furr. She was married April 29 1917 to Fred L. Madden who died Aug 17 1965, S he was a member of the Christian ladies Aid of Kingman. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Doris Brock of Indianapolis, Mr s. Dorene Chaney of Tucson, Ariz and Mrs. Georgeanna Dark of Kingman; nine grandchildren 14 great grandchildren and a great great grandchild. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, three sisters and a brother. Services will be at 2 p.m. EST Saturday at the Woodrow Funeral Home. Burial will be in Kingman Fraternal Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2 -4 and 7-9 p.. Friday at the funeral home.
