Frank E. Furr 77 died Monday tn the Culver Hospital in Crawfordsville, where he was taken Sunday night, after suffering a heart attack at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Lois Johnson in Waynetown.
Born March 21, 1882, at Mellott, the son of Marcus and Isabelle Furr, he was married in 1902 to Nellie May Walser, who preceded him in death in 1958.
Survivors include Mrs. Johnson and three other daughters, Mrs. Beulah Lightle of Veedersburg, Mrs. Mary Underwood and Mrs. Pauline Thompson, both of Crawfordsville; two son, Charles of Lafayette and Gerald of Waynetown, 18 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held Tuesday in New Richmond, with burial in the Union Cemetery. - jz
