FUNK, Edward - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

West Point – Edward F. Funk, 74, of West Point, a retired farmer, died at 10:34 p.m. Sunday in St. Elizabeth Hospital where he had been a patient since Dec 28.  He had been ill health two years. Mr. Funk was born and educated in Davis Township, Fountain County and had been a welder at Harrison Steel Casting at Attica. He was married in 1921 at Covington to Belva C. Snider she survives. Surviving with the widow are two brothers, Lewis Funk of Hillsboro and Orville Funk of Carmel; two sisters, Mrs. Clifford (Amy) Pogue of Newtown and Mrs. Elston (Bessie) Faye of Waynetown. - kbz
