FUGATE, Glen - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Glen Fugate, age 64, a former resident of Attica, died Sunday afternoon, March 25, in St. Elizabeth Hospital at Danville, Ill., where he had been a patient since last Thursday. He had been a resident of the Fountain County Home the past few years. He been ill for several weeks. He was born March 3, 1896 in Attica, the son of Milton and Emma Epperson Fugate. He was formerly employed as a carpenter. Surviving are: one son, Edward, of Phoenix, Ariz.; one daughter, Mrs. Glenna Christenberry of Attica; and two brothers, Ralph of Attica and Charles of Attica Rt. 2. Two sisters and a brother preceded him in death. Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Roemer Funeral Home in Attica. The Rev. William Rudd officiated and burial was in the Riverside Cemetery at Attica.  --typed by Walt W
