Hillsboro, Feb 3 - Walter Leroy Foxworthy, 60 died at Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville at 5:30 o'clock Thursday morning. He had been a patient at the hospital since Sunday. Mr. Foxworthy, a farmer, suffered a stroke Saturday evening at 7 o'clock. Born in Richland Twp, Fountain County,near Mellott, March 11, 1888, Mr. Foxworthy was the son of Charles and Charlotte Whitesell Foxworthy. He was married Aug 20, 1913 to Ethel Frazier in Hillsboro. Mr. Foxworthy was a farmer all of his life. He was a member of the Christian Church. The widow and a daughter, Mrs. Louise Webster, and 3 grandchildren survive,together with 4 sisters: Mrs. Effie Swaim of Modoc; Mrs. Jessie Harlan of HIllsboro and Mrs. Crystal Riley & Mrs. Ethel Smith, both of Crawfordsville. Funeral services will be held 2 o'clock Sat afternoon in Hillsboro Christian Church in charge of Rev. Don TerBush of Eminence. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.
