Hillsboro - George C. Foxworthy, 76 of Rt 1, Hillsboro died Monday evening at his home.  He was a 1931 graduate of Hillsboro HS and worked for Delco Remy from 1933-1946 and farmed after 1946.  He was a member of Hillsboro United Methodist Church, a 50-year member of Hillsboro Masonic Lodge 385 and a member and past director of the Fountain County Farm Bureau.

Mr. Foxworthy was born Dec 13, 1912 in Fountain County to Archie and Edna Beech Foxworthy.  On Nov 21, 1940, he married Edith Ellen Long who survives.  Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Nancy McDonald of Peru, Ind; two sons, Alan and David L, both of Hillsboro and six grandchildren.  A brother is deceased.  Arrangements are incomplete at Crumly-Williams Funeral Home at Hillsboro - kbz
