Hillsboro, Ind Dec 1 - Charles Foxworthy, 68, died suddenly Tuesday morning about 6 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. harvey Riley north of here. Foxworthy had gone to his daughter's a week ago for a visit and his wife was visiting another daughter, Mrs. Geoerge Foxworthy ner Crawfoardsville. He had been feeling bteter than usual the past two days. His death ame without warning and he died before members of his family could be called. He had been suffering with dropsy for several years, having retired from the farm and moved to Hillsboro 5 years ago. Charles Foxworthy was born in Fountain County, July 8, 1852 and was engagedin farming the greater part of his life. He is survived by his widow and 8 sons and daughters, Mrs. Effie Swain of near Richmmond, Mrs. Elda Foxworthy of near Crawfordsville, Mrs. Jesse Harlan of Hillsboro, Gold and Allie Foxworthy of near Wingate, Walter Foxworthy of near here, Mrs. Ethel Smith of this place and mrs. Crystal Riley at whose home he died. He also leaves two brothers, Freeman Foxworthy of Newtown and George Foxworthy of near Mellott and ahalf brother, ira Benenett of near Newtown.
