FOWLER, Byron - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Covington—Relatives in Covington have been advised of the death of Byron Fowler Sunday morning, February 1st in a Garden City, Kansas hospital, where he had been confined for five weeks. Mr. Fowler was a native of Fountain County and lived in Danville, Illinois for several years. For nearly forty years, he had been a conductor on the C&EI Railroad, working out of Chicago. Following his retirement he made his home in Ulysses, Kansas and attended his farm near there. Burial services were held in Garfield, Kansas. – thanks to S&E
