Newtown, Ind. - Burial will be this fall in Newtown Cemetery for Mrs. Grace Riffle Foster, 83, former of Newtown, who died July 13, 1975 at the home of her sister, Mrs. Glenna Hanson in DeFunick Spring, Fla., The body was cremated. Mrs. Foster was born in Newtown, the daughter of James and Allie Potter Riffle. She was a graduate of Newtown High and St. Elizabeth Hospital School of Nursing in Indianapolis. She was employed at Putnam County Hospital in Greencastle and a hospital in Seattle, Washington until she retired.- thanks so much to sweet Beth for typing this one

Friends have received word of the death of Mrs. Grace Riffle Foster on July 13 at the home of her sister, Mrs. Glenna Hanson in DeFunick Spring, Fla. The body was cremated and the ashes will be buried in the Newtown Cemetery this fall.
Mrs. Foster was born at Newtown 83 years ago, the daughter of James and Allie Potter Riffle. She graduated from the Newtown High School and the St. Elizabeth Hospital School of Nursing in Indianapolis. She was employed in the Greencastle Hospital and a hospital in Seattle, Wash., until she retired.
Only remaining close relative is her sister, Mrs. Hanson. Several cousins reside in this area. - s
