Hazel T. Forrest, 90 of Bradenton died Sunday at Manatee Memorial Hospital. Born in Fountain County, Ind he moved here in 1957 from Muncie, Ind. He was a retired air conditioner maintenance man and a Merchant Marines veteran of World War II. He is survived by four sons: James of Dallas; Jack of Nappanee, Ind; Jerry of Lansing, Mich and Charles of Omaha, Neb; a sister, Katherine Richardson of Waynetown, Ind; 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
