William A. Ford of RR 1, Perrysville, age 58, died Saturday evening, September 10, in Lakeview Medical Center in Danville, Illinois. He was born at Rossville, Illinois, August 4, 1924, the son of Benjamin A. and Lena High Ford. November 25, 1950, he married Margaret E. Beeman, who survives. Ford was a member of Gessie United Methodist Church and Perrysville Lions Club. He had been a farmer all his life.
Also surviving are a daughter, Vicki Lewsader of RR 2, Covington; a son, Benjamin, at home; a brother, Blaine of Danville; and a grandson.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home in Covington with Rev. Richard Pippin and Rev. Steven Ward officiating. Burial was in Rossville Cemetery. -s-
