FORD, Maude Mitchell - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Maude M. Ford of Veedersburg, age 83, died Tuesday night, February 1, in St. Elizabeth Hospital at Danville, Illinois. She was born at Newport, May 22, 1899, the daughter of Leonard and Anna English Mitchell. In January of 1926, she married Frank Ford, who died in 1949.

  Survivors include a sister, Mabel Mitchell of Veedersburg; nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

  Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at Parham Funeral Home in Veedersburg with a great nephew, Rev. Joe Sollars Jr., officiating. Burial was in Thomas Cemetery at Newport. – thanks to S
