FOGLEMAN, Chancy O. - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Chancy Orin Fogleman of Veedersburg, age 86, died Saturday morning, February 3 at his home. He was born in Parke County, August 9 1892, the son of Murphy and Samantha Little Fogleman. He was first married to Alma Nehimiah who preceded him in death. June 24 1938, he was married to Effie Owens, who survives. He was a retired employee of General Motors. Also surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Ida Richey of Muncie, Mrs. Leota Brown of Florida, Mrs. Marple Blevins of Kansas, Margie Maxine Owens Fogleman of rural Kingman, Irene Fogleman and Mrs. Bernice Rasmussen; two sons, Bud Owens of Veedersburg and Bill Fogleman; 23 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at Woodrow Funeral Home in Kingman with Rev. David Michols officiating. Burial was in Rush Creek Cemetery near Tangier.
