Clifford K. Flesher, 73, of West Lebanon died Thursday, Nov 16,1972, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville, Ill., where he had been a patient since Monday. He had been ill for seven years. Born October 5, 1899 in Marshfield, he was the son of James and Birdie(?) Lincoln Flesher. On March 20, 1917, he married Thelma R. Ratbun who survives. He had lived in Marshfield until ? years ago when he moved to West. Lebanon. Mr. Flesher was an operating engineer working on road construction. He had been a member of Local 841, International Operating Engineers for 30 years. He was a member of the Marshfield Presbyterian Church. Mr. Flesher had raised and grown fox hounds as a hobby. Other survivors include a son, Robert Karl of Williamsport Route 2, a sister, Mrs. Mildred Brenner of West Lebanon, two grandchildren, six step-grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Services were at the Fisher Funeral Home with the Rev. and Mrs. Lemoine Wright and Rev. Henry Coake officiating.Burial in West Lebanon cemetery.

WEST LEBANON, Ind. (CNS) — Clifford K. Flesher, 73, of West Lebanon, died at 11:50 p.m. Thursday (Nov. 16, 1972) at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville, Ill. where he had been a patient since Monday. He had been ill for seven years. Born Oct. 5, 1899 in Marshfield, he was the son of James and Birdie Lincoln Flesher. On March 30, 1917 he married Thelma R. Ratbun who survives. He had lived in Marshfield until 40 years age when he moved to West Lebanon. Mr. Flesher was an operating engineer working on road construction. He had been a member of Local 841, International Operating Engineers for 30 years. He was a member of the Marshfield Presbyterian Church. Mr. Flesher had raised and shown fox hounds as a hobby. Other survivors include a son, Robert Karl of Williamsport Route 2; a sister, Mrs. Mildren Brenner of West Lebanon; two grandchildren; six step-grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. Services will be at 2 p.m. EST Sunday at the Fisher funeral home, with the Rev. and Mrs. Lemoine Wright and the Rev. Henry Coake officiating. Burial will be in West Lebanon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. --typed by Walt W
