Dr. Herbert Fitz of Pontiac, Ill., a brother to Mrs. E.E. (Frances) Brooks of Covington, died early Sunday, Feb. 25, while visiting in the winter home of his brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Brooks at Clearwater, Fla. Dr. Fitz is survived by his wife; one daughter, Mrs. John Chapman and three grandchildren, all of Elmhurst, Ill,; and his sister, Mrs. Brooks, with whom he had been visiting for three weeks. The body was returned to Pontiac, Ill., for services and burial.
